Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-off energy practice that supports relaxation, balance, and a greater sense of connection with yourself. With 17 years of Reiki experience, Toria brings a deeply established personal practice to each session, working with the subtle energy field through hand placements lightly on or just above the body.

As a Certified Coherent Creation™ Practitioner, Toria also brings the principles and practices of Coherent Creation into her Reiki work, creating a more intentional and focused approach to the session. Chakra balancing is woven throughout, bringing gentle attention to the body’s energy centers and supporting a greater sense of energetic balance and harmony.

Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that uses tuning forks to work with the biofield—the electrical current within the body and the magnetic field that surrounds it. During a session, Toria uses an activated tuning fork to slowly scan the biofield, listening for changes in sound and resonance and working with areas of resistance or dissonance. This gentle, non-invasive practice can encourage deep relaxation and support a greater sense of balance, clarity, and ease.
