Walking Between Worlds
My work exists at the meeting point of ancient wisdom and modern life. Through meditation, mindful movement, shamanic practice, and energy-based healing, I create spaces where people can step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover the wisdom that already lives within them.
Born and raised among the deserts and mountains of Arizona, I developed an early appreciation for stillness, the rhythms of nature, and the understanding that we are deeply connected to the living world around us.
Rooted in my Hispanic heritage and inspired by the Indigenous traditions of my ancestors, my path has been shaped by a lifelong reverence for the interconnectedness of all life. Over the years, I have immersed myself in practices such as yoga, Reiki, meditation, Tai Chi, and shamanism, each offering its own way of cultivating awareness, balance, and a deeper relationship with nature, spirit, and the inner self.
I believe healing is not something another person gives us. It unfolds when we slow down, become still, and remember what has always been there.
Whether I am working one-on-one with clients, teaching classes, or guiding a meditation, my intention is always the same: to create a welcoming space where people feel supported, connected, and empowered to trust their own inner wisdom.

Through her unwavering loyalty and gentle mischief, the pink poodle becomes a bridge between broken hearts: a lonely teenage girl who has lost her mother, a kind farm boy navigating cruelty and courage, and George, a grieving widower whose heart has quietly closed after the loss of his wife. As grief ripples through each life, so does healing.
