Community care

I believe this work should remain accessible whenever possible, while also honoring the time, training, and care that go into what I offer. Through Community Care, a limited number of reduced-rate spaces are available for those experiencing financial circumstances that would otherwise prevent them from participating.

Together, we create a circle of care-giving and receiving in a way that supports our collective well-being and keeps this work accessible for all.

If you would like to request a Community Care space, I ask that you reach out privately and share a little about your circumstances and why receiving this support would make a difference for you. These spaces are limited and offered thoughtfully and in good faith. 

If the regular rate is within your means, I kindly ask that you leave Community Care spaces for those who truly need them. 

Community Care is rooted in the simple belief that we can help take care of one another. Those who are able to give a little more—or who simply feel called to contribute—can add to the Community Care fund, helping make a class, healing session, or other offering possible for someone who may not otherwise be able to participate.
